Mega Bass Shoot Out '10' News.
The Mega Bass Shoot Out will be limited to 49 boats this year. Fishing will be limited to the east side of the flowage only. This means no fishing west of hwy cc bridge.
We are having to make these changes due to concerns of the DNR over the moving of largemouth bass from one side of the lake to the other and the effect they may have on walleye. This makes this a whole new tournament so get your entries in now before we fill out.

Welcome to Musky Tale!
Musky Tale Resort is located on the West Fork of the Chippewa Flowage-A vast expanse of fishing water which covers an area of almost 18,000 acres, creating the most exciting combination of shoreline, quiet bays, islands and floating bogs. The Musky Tale Resort's unique location also offers the opportunity to fish the Chippewa River.
Deer, beaver, otter, raccoon, porcupine, snowshoe rabbit, ducks, heron, grouse and the bald eagle are common sights in our woods and waters. Also here, but not as easily seen, are black bear, fisher, coyotes and bobcats. Nearby, we have many miles of logging trails and trout streams for you to explore.
