Time to start making those reservations for the 2012 season. Don't forget the Northern Encounter in May. Still have some cabins open. Get them while you still can.
The lake is now froze but stil not safe. Almost no snow left as it has been warm and raining today.

Musky Tale Resort is located on the West Fork of the Chippewa Flowage-A vast expanse of fishing water which covers an area of almost 18,000 acres, creating the most exciting combination of shoreline, quiet bays, islands and floating bogs. The Musky Tale Resort's unique location also offers the opportunity to fish the Chippewa River.
Deer, beaver, otter, raccoon, porcupine, snowshoe rabbit, ducks, heron, grouse and the bald eagle are common sights in our woods and waters. Also here, but not as easily seen, are black bear, fisher, coyotes and bobcats. Nearby, we have many miles of logging trails and trout streams for you to explore.
